FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE I START SCULPT?

Absolutely not. The workouts are designed for beginners and advanced students. We actually prefer taking clients that have never worked out before Because we can teach them proper technique from the beginning. Members start by taking their time through all 12 stations and increases the intensity as they get more comfortable.

DO I NEED ANY STRENGTH TRAINING EXPERIENCE?

No. In fact, we prefer teaching new members. That's what we do. Our trainers will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are doing the technique properly and getting the most out of your workout.

AM I TOO OLD FOR THIS WORKOUT?

You're never to old for resistance training, in fact most doctors recommend a strength training program for everyone over the age of 55 due to muscle loss and osteoporosis. Our trainers will keep you safe, strong and young.

HOW YOUNG DO YOU TAKE MEMBERS?

We recommend children be 16 years of age to participate in the Sculpt Circuit Training strength and conditioning program, due to physical development and attention span. This is a great program that parents and children can do together side by side.

CAN I TRY THE WORKOUT FOR FREE?

Unfortunately we do not offer the first class free, we do even better. We offer three classes for the price of one, this allows you to try out the workout more than once and become comfortable. Consistency is key. 

HOW MANY CALORIES CAN I BURN?

Like anything, you get out what you put in. If you work hard, you can burn between 500 and 900 calories in just 30 minutes. Remember, this workout keeps burning calories into the next couple days as your metabolism increases and you recover. 

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS OR CHILDCARE?

Sorry we do not. We have kept the time short and the cost low so you can get in and out and on with your busy life.
